We are ragtag group of visionaries relentlessly dreaming of a better world.
Our connection is not just professional but relational (think a great big sandbox, not a corporate office). We are contractors, volunteers, entrepreneurs, under- & over-qualified dreamers, working together on projects we could not even have imagined a few years ago.
We are captivated by a
God-sized vision for the future.
We’re a collective of diverse and emerging new initiatives who connect and collaborate to be better, together.
We are stewards, not owners. We are gardeners, not building developers. We are artists, not museum staff.
We are decentered, off balance, risky liberators collaborating for Kingdom come. We chose to work on something bigger than any one of us.
Our vision is equally deep and wide. Rooted and established in God’s love, collectively we experience how long, high, wide, and deep God’s love is.
A future that features relationship, prayer, peacemaking, restoration and renewal, justice, the reimagining of Church, and a radical welcome to God’s inclusive and endless love (see Ephesians 3).
We are testing the limits together.
Think Kingdom, not empire.
At the core of Boundless is a simple conviction: we’re better together.
The common picture of leadership is dominated by the solo act — one person in the corner office, sitting atop a fancy hierarchy chart with everyone else underneath. It’s about as far from what we believe effective, creative leadership looks like as you can get.
Leaders shaped by a God-sized vision look like team. They lead together, making room for difference, mutuality, shared power, and collective imagination.
We want to contend for this sacred style of leadership.
So Boundless is member-led through an elected Board of Directors. We’re learning to celebrate the creative tension of our differences while practicing deep mutuality — cultivating a spiritual engine room where people, ideas, and initiatives can come alive, and creating sacred space for God to do boundless things.
We’re convinced that we are better together.
It takes all of us.
As members of the Boundless Collective, we form a furious and fiery community that believes — together — we can do far more than we could ever ask or imagine.
We’re building a network of shared synergy, spiritual connection, robust relational equity, and fierce trust in one another as — together — we pursue a shared vision.
What fuels the Collective?
We lead, discern, pray, laugh, cry, and share wisdom, experience, and hope together. But where do we find the energy, stamina, and mojo to keep showing up for all this creative work?
For us, it starts with a way of life:
An Infinitum-infused way of life.
Infinitum is a way of following Jesus by living Love in real life — practicing surrender, generosity, and mission together.
Infinitum’s Leadership Team brings together founding innovators and fresh-faced practitioners who find language, spark spiritual experimentation, and model these postures for their spiritual siblings. They also facilitate our online monthly Prayer Days, giving the Collective a regular rhythm to pause, pray, listen, and connect.
Infinitum is our root system—
it is where our depth begins to match our growth.

Boundless is home to a growing ecosystem of initiatives, organizations, movements, and creative experiments. Some are just beginning; others have been growing for years.
Together, we’re bringing new ideas, practices, and expressions of the Kingdom into the world around us.

World Vision / Amanda Bowman & James Pedrick are the two humans who have shared their lives and hopes and experiences with our team. We love them… there are many more of course and this beautiful charity keeps surprising us with the depth of their heart and love for the world’s most vulnerable people…
Food For the Hungry / When the world was shut down and a small team of crazy mavericks thought building tiny houses in backyards was a subversive way to challenge the suburban ‘dream’ and do something - right where we were - our friends at Food for the Hungry jumped right in! They were early supporters of our training video series that continues to be the strategic training system for IMBY communities.
Movement Leaders Collective / We’ve got some fellow dreamers who inspire, challenge and partner with us to create beautiful change. Alan Hirsch, Rich Robinson, and the team at MLC collaborated with Boundless (with Katie Castro leading the charge) and created the GameChanger cohort, a 9-month coaching strategy to build equitable leadership teams. We are thankful for their continued partnership.

We know, because it’s daily that our team, partners, collaborators and co-creators grow… Our mutual flourishing is impossible to keep up with, but that’s what we love most about what Boundless does - it’s not called Boundless by accident - it’s a growing, beautiful, messy, creative group of people who believe it’s possible to keep flourishing together… and that could include you!
