Boundless Retreat Terms & Policies

By registering for the Boundless Retreat, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, safety, and a well-supported experience for all participants.

1. Registration & Payment

Full payment is required to secure your place at the retreat unless a payment plan has been arranged in advance. Your registration is not confirmed until payment (or the first installment) has been received.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to advance commitments for accommodations, meals, and venue costs, the following refund policy applies:

  • Cancellations made on or before November 30, 2026 are eligible for a refund minus a processing fee.

  • Cancellations made between December 1, 2026 and January 5, 2027 are eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made after January 5, 2027 are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, your registration may be transferred to another participant or, at the discretion of Boundless Enterprise, applied as credit toward a future retreat.

3. Participation & Assumption of Risk

The Boundless Retreat includes activities such as outdoor walking, breathwork, movement practices, cold-water immersion, and other experiential or embodied practices.

By attending, participants acknowledge that they are voluntarily engaging in these activities and assume responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the retreat. Participants agree to take appropriate care of themselves and to participate within their own limits.

4. Health & Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for assessing their own suitability for participation. If you have any medical, physical, or mental health conditions that may be impacted by retreat activities, you are encouraged to consult a qualified professional prior to attending.

This retreat is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

Participants are encouraged to inform the retreat team of any relevant accessibility needs that may support their participation.

5. Accommodation Acknowledgement

Accommodations at Barnabas Landing are shared unless otherwise arranged. Participants acknowledge that they may be placed in shared rooms and agree to respectful and considerate use of communal living spaces.

Roommate requests will be accommodated where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

6. Code of Conduct

The Boundless Retreat is a shared community experience. All participants are expected to treat others with respect, care, and dignity.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, or disruption of the retreat environment will not be tolerated. Participants are expected to contribute to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for all.

7. Travel & Logistics

Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to Horseshoe Bay in West Vancouver. From there, ferry transportation at the participants expense to Gibsons (Langdale) is required. A water taxi from Gibsons to Barnabas Landing on Keats Island will be coordinated and provided as part of the retreat experience.

Detailed travel instructions and arrival information will be provided prior to the retreat. Boundless Enterprise is not responsible for missed travel connections or delays.

8. Media & Communications Consent

By attending the retreat, participants consent to receive communications from Boundless Enterprise related to this event and future programs and opportunities. Participants may unsubscribe from non-essential communications at any time.

Photography and video may be captured during the retreat and used by Boundless Enterprise and affiliated ministries for promotional, educational, and communication purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or included in media, you must notify the Boundless team in advance or upon arrival.

9. Program Changes

Boundless Enterprise reserves the right to adjust retreat programming, facilitators, or schedule as needed due to weather, safety considerations, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Agreement

By completing registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Policies.
