What You’ll Learn
In this EDI, anti-racism, and anti-oppression training, you’ll gain the knowledge, awareness, and confidence to better understand systemic inequity and contribute to more inclusive, equitable environments. You will:
Explore unconscious bias, privilege, identity, and systemic barriers
Understand how systems of power and oppression impact people differently
Build language and confidence for difficult conversations
Recognize and challenge harmful assumptions in everyday life and work
Reflect on your own experience and other perspectives
Learn practical ways to support inclusion, belonging, and equity
Together, we’ll engage these topics through thoughtful discussion, reflection, and interactive learning grounded in both personal awareness and collective responsibility.
